Why Gibberish?
Mary Elizabeth Coleridge (23 September 1861 – 25 August 1907) was a British novelist and poet who also wrote essays and reviews.[1] She taught at the London Working Women's College for twelve years from 1895 to 1907. She wrote poetry under the pseudonym Anodos, taken from George MacDonald; other influences on her were Richard Watson Dixon and Christina Rossetti. Robert Bridges, the Poet Laureate, described her poems as 'wondrously beautiful… but mystical rather and enigmatic'. (From Wikipedia)
Today i want to share Elizabeth Coleridge poem
When i first saw the title I didn't know the meaning, cause, I am not the native english speaker.
So i searched the meaning
And when i know the meaning i wondered why she named like this …..
And then i thought is it about radome stuff..…?? Then i feel like when i go through the poem the person in the poem, can be anything what she thinks, so maybe that's the reason why it named gibberish.
i can be anything when i wished to be… isn't it wonderful!!
